Possibly the first band to ever pay attention to Tuned Up was The Castros – a duo that consistently produces heartwarming, unpretentious folk pop.

Actually they were. If I recall correctly Marco Castro, one half of the duo was definitely one of the first five folks to ever follow the Tuned Up Facebook page. But enough about us. Let’s direct you to the excellent video of their single, “My Dear.”

Dead Shark Productions of Tiffin, Ohio took the reins on this project, which gives a whimsical spin to a song that ponders what God might say to someone doubting his existence during difficult times. The main star of the video is Josie Redman, the typically happy-go-lucky niece of singer Sara Castro. She absolutely nails her role! You can also catch glimpses of other characters frequently seen onstage with Marco and Sara during their Ohio live shows.
