It should be no surprise that some are making entire careers out of being “YouTube musicians.” I think this Kickstarter initiative could be extremely refreshing – with all the trashy career vloggers out there, it’s nice to see an open-minded musician want to do something classy through social media.

People clearly want to be a part of something creative, and are willing to go above and beyond paying what the traditional music biz models entailed.
